I have been going here for about 7 years now. Have always been treated well having both the Corolla and Tacoma serviced here, though bought elsewhere. Staff has always treated me well. Irritated and unsatisfied Toyota of Melbourne proved to be just another average dealership. I have been using Toyota of Melbourne for purchase and service of vehicles for about seven years but after I left the service department irritated and unsatisfied with the last three or four visits I am sorry to say that I no longer recommend Toyota of Melbourne for any kind of service.
