I have been with Volkswagen off and on for 21 years and on both coasts. This is my second stint with VW of South Charlotte. I was previously here from 2009-2014. I am really enjoying being back around people I like working with and being able to connect more with my customers as their sales consultant than I was previously able to as a manager.

Chris is an exceptional sales person and representative of VW of South Charlotte. He went the extra mile to ensure our wants and needs were met. Chris was forthright, i.e., there were no surprises. We can't imagine anyone having any more knowledge of the VW product line, inventory on site and the nuances of every Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport's (used, 2024, and 2025) "standard" trim levels and one-offs. It was hard to decide which vehicle to purchase but Chris successfully guided us through the process. As a Cross Sport owner himself, he thoroughly and patiently provided a tutorial on the features of the Cross Sport in detail before and after purchase. David Feingold's preparation in closing the deal made for a most professional and efficient end to our purchase experience. We are very pleased with our buying experience which was facilitated by Chris. More
