We showed up at the Lexington dealership and already had a sour taste in our mouth after walking around the Salisbury dealership for 45 minutes and nobody acknowledging our presence. We left there and went a sour taste in our mouth after walking around the Salisbury dealership for 45 minutes and nobody acknowledging our presence. We left there and went to the Lexington one and walked around there for 1 hr before someone came to us and told us to go inside and talk to the receptionist, which he did escort us in there and we talked to the receptionist. She said she would find us a salesman. After standing inside for probably another 5 minutes with people walking by and not saying a word my wife and I decided we were over it and proceeded out the door to our car. Chris Grubbs came out the door after us. Managed to get me to stop and talk to him. At this point I had told him about both experiences and I was not in the mood to do anything else here or there. We talked for a bit, he was super apologetic to everything that had happened and I agreed to come back the next day as long as we dealt with him. We came back the next day met with Chris, he took his time with us, showed us everything we wanted to look at. He is an awesome salesman. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have came back. More
