I have had an ongoing issue with my 2021 GMC Acadia that I purchased at Gjovk. After a couple of thousand miles, when my engine burns between a half and a full quart of oil, I will get a low oil warning. Od I purchased at Gjovk. After a couple of thousand miles, when my engine burns between a half and a full quart of oil, I will get a low oil warning. Odd thing is I still have plenty of oil in the car but none on the dip stick. The dealership has had me change the oil a couple of weeks after an oil change so they can record the findings but when checking back with GM they have no record of any investigations being opened or done as to what the issue is. Then today I decided to change my own air filter but stopped when I noticed that there are screws missing from the air filter housing. News alert, I have never opened it and the dealership is the only place I have taken my car to since I bought it. I would like to think the dealership is looking out for me but when they don’t put a car back together, nor help diagnose an ongoing issue, I say it is time to fire Gjovky. More

Best truck purchase experience ever! Scott, Tony, and Chris did a great work! Scott set up everything, at the price about 12k lower than Al Piemonte in Bensenville ( DONT GO TO AL PIEMON Scott, Tony, and Chris did a great work! Scott set up everything, at the price about 12k lower than Al Piemonte in Bensenville ( DONT GO TO AL PIEMONTE ON GRAND IN BENSENVILLE PEOPLE! THEY WERE RUDE AND DO NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME!). Tony did a great work with getting me an approval for financing by GM, even if it was my third vehicle, and even if other financial institutions didn’t want to finance my new truck. Chris did a great work as well, he showed me around new truck, was very friendly, well informed, and very professional. The entire visit at the dealership took only about one hour( with the test drive), because the guys prepared everything before my arrival. To be honest I never liked to buy a new car, it’s time consuming and you always feel like you been robbed in the day light by rude guy who only want he’s commission, but those guys changed my mind. Definitely recommend buying all GM vehicles from them, and it will be my first choice for buying new vehicles in the future, even if they are located 1,5 hour of drive from me. They really just selling you an experience of being treated how you would like to. Huge thank you to your team Gjovik! More

Very fast process to purchase a vehicle. Only downside is they bump the vehicle price up for market condition. At least they show it to your face and really won’t budge. Nice people though.
