While we are super grateful for the truck, it was mentioned at time of sale that there was another set of keys and the lock nug key. Our sales rep was called weekly about the update of these two item mentioned at time of sale that there was another set of keys and the lock nug key. Our sales rep was called weekly about the update of these two items that we were originally told were shipped down from the previous owners. As the time went on, two sales reps and the person who receives the keys (from what we were told) had no idea where these items were. When we bought the truck on the 1st of November, the loan had already been finalized before we finished talking to financing about adding another key and fob to the loan. While it's only "$200" they openly admitted to not knowing where the items were. When we went today to get the plate for the truck, we asked again. We are incredibly grateful that they were able to take the master key to take the locking lug nuts off and put normal lug nuts on, but we have YET to solve the missing key issue. More
