I am honestly not sure where to even begin with this dealership. The way that I have been treated as a "customer" by not only the sales guy and service advisor, but their GM as well has completely hinde dealership. The way that I have been treated as a "customer" by not only the sales guy and service advisor, but their GM as well has completely hindered my faith that good and honest people with some morals still exist in the world we live in today. I bought a used vehicle from them in January 2024 and have had some major issues since day 1 of purchase. All of the lies I have recently caught onto after doing some much needed digging on my end is unreal. I could go on and on for days. I strongly regret choosing their dealership to purchase a vehicle from for me and my children as they have basically left us hanging out to dry with no form of transportation. Absolutely without a doubt would not recommend them to any of my family or friends after the extremely disappointing experience I have had with them the last 9 months. More

This dealer on the used side is absolutely horrible. They were nice to you up to the time of the sale but afterwards not so much. To contact them is next to impossible, especially the gm Lance. He NEVER returns your phone calls and must work weird hours as he is never there and you get sent to voicemail instantly. We purchased a car there and in less than the time our temporary tag expires we were having issues. And not one of them were corrected. One was just a minor mechanical issue. They said we could bring it in and they would fix it. We brought it in but they never fixed it because they had to order the part and it hasn’t came in yet. We purchased the extended warranty because we were told it would give us peace of mind and that it would cover everything bumper to bumper. Well, we found out that what they really meant was front bumper to front bumper and nothing in between. We were not told ANYTHING about what the warranty does NOT cover nor were we given any paperwork or brochure regarding the disclosures of the warranty. DO NOT BUY ANY WARRANTY!!! Do NoT Trust that the vehicle has been thoroughly inspected for damages or simple things not working like brake lights!!!!!!! They quoted us $1600 to fix !!!!!!! By the way it IS NOT covered by the SO Called Warranty!!!! Our bill was over $5400!!!! For having a $15000 car for 45 days!! Update: We worked with James who oversees tne used car side. He was great. He helped us get into another car along with salesman Joseph. Thanks guys for making it right and taking care of us. We greatly appreciate it!!!! I do think that the warranty coverage should be disclosed more so people know exactly what they are getting before making a final decision. More

I feel like I am the only customer they have when Chris helps me out. He checks on the items I need, plans out my work and I am in and out as if I am the most important person to them. It's like having c helps me out. He checks on the items I need, plans out my work and I am in and out as if I am the most important person to them. It's like having concierge service. I will not take my car anywhere else. More

Chris works really hard at providing what I have needed for my van - which is for a daughter that I have that’s handicap and for one of our work trucks.
