What you wrote in your post is not accurate. We pointed out the broken lug, it was not broken by us. If you recall, when you were last here, over a year ago, you had a similar problem. We pointed out two broken lugs. We replaced them as a courtesy. It is clear you are servicing your vehicle elsewhere. They are cross-threading the nuts and breaking the lug posts. We cannot keep correcting someone else’s mistake. I assure you, if we had broken the lug, we would be taking care of it and not asking you to pay for our mistake. The same clearly can’t be said of your other service location. I would be happy to discuss further if you so choose.
