Specifically, I was given a "free" assessment of items that needed to be done at a cost of over $1600 to include some highlighted in red. I know for a fact that none of those items were needed, or even listed in the owner's maintenance manual, because they had already been done or not required by the manufacturer. I closely follow all my vehicles' maintenance requirements, some of which I do myself. The only time I will use a dealership is when a recall is issued, the reason I has to set up this appointment. More
