We arrived at 10am and left as 15:30 for just an oil change service. The initial quote for a tire rotation and oil change was $70, they didint perform the rotation and still wanted to charge $70 I More

Hello Tom, we are disappointed to hear that your experience was anything less than exceptional. I did speak with your Advisor and the Service Manager, and they clarified that the quote for $300 was not for a rotation it was to remove and replace the stripped lug nuts from your wheels. As for the oil change you were charged $39.99 + tax, as for the rotation they did quote you $29.99. Your Advisor also stated that he did advise your wife that service would take longer as Saturdays are our busiest days; however, stated that the service was a little over 2hrs long, he was a bit confused about the time frame provided on this review. Hi Elizabeth - to clarify, the $300 for removing a "stripped lug nut" wasn't, since I could do the rotation at home the next day. So basically they told my wife that it was so complex you needed extra labor to perform something that I could do at home with basic home tools. 2nd the service could have been a "little 2 hours long", but the car was release by 14:40, I have the phone calls we made + the credit card charge as proof. So took at least 4:30hrs. for a service pre discussed. and 3rd I was charged $39.99 + tax after a 15 minute call where you wanted to charge $79.99 + tax. I have both quotes on my hand if you want to look at them finally my wife went on a Thursday not saturday

I did speak with the Advisor you listed on this review, and although he could not recall your name, he did recall your service visit. As I was unable to find you in our system due to the username on your review, I am going based on the information provided by your Advisor. Our service Advisor conducted a comprehensive evaluation based on the symptoms you described, which included the fault codes. While you feel we simply repeated what you had already mentioned, our technicians utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to ensure an accurate assessment of your vehicle's issues. Regarding your request for the graphical output form our diagnostic equipment, it is standard practice to provide it upon customers request therefore the Advisor stated that when you requested it, he didn't have it in hand but offered to obtain it from the Technician and you responded, "no its fine". Concerning the quotes provided for replacing both catalytic converters and labor costs, we strive to offer competitive pricing. It is important to note the quote on parts was based on OEM, which you were made aware that parts through Nissan had been discontinued. While third-party options exist at lower price points, they often come with varying levels of quality assurance and warranty coverage. We encourage customers to consider not just upfront cost of parts but long-term reliability. Our pricing reflects our commitment to using high-quality components.
