If I could do a zero I would. I went in for a simple refinance on my current lease and it took over 4 hours of waiting and being pawned off to four separate employees, none of whom seemed interested in refinance on my current lease and it took over 4 hours of waiting and being pawned off to four separate employees, none of whom seemed interested in helping. One would simply walk away and start helping a potential buyer (money over service, right?). After a few hours of waiting and no paper work even started, I left. They would not have noticed so I told them I'd come back a different day and they said they'd been really busy as their reason for letting me wait so long and and wasting my whole morning for nothing. I went back early the next day and was finally helped. But while waiting (of course) I heard the men on the floor talking quite loudly about how much they resent people who come in and waste their time asking questions and not buying. On my way out after finally getting the necessary paper work, I stopped by their snack bar to get a drink and the girl working wouldn't get off her cell phone to help me. Of course not!! I will say that their service department has been very good. Sales upstairs should take a lesson from them. More

Very good! I was very happy with the customer service and everyone I worked with. You have a system with no negotiations which can be good knowing all of the co I was very happy with the customer service and everyone I worked with. You have a system with no negotiations which can be good knowing all of the cost up front. Although its always nice to get a little better price than when we started. In the transaction of the paperwork...I was a little disappointed when I was approached with all of the extra insurance coverage that was offered when I already pay a ton of insurance already. That was the only thing that worried me and made me wonder about the quality of the Subaru. Overall it was a very streamlined experience along with no pressure! I'm sure I will be very happy with my new car! Thank you! Ann More
