Chris responded quickly to my online inquiry through Toyota.com. Gerry took our appointment and was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He knew every technical detail of the models and trims, which gave us confidence in the purchase. He communicated throughout the entire process, and ensured the experience was enjoyable. Candace approached us to offer us beverages, which made us feel so welcome. Willy was also great. Fred was also very knowledgeable, and it was clear he enjoys his job and employer.
