Sneaky Sales Man Went to make a down payment on a car this morning, had already set it up with my sales person. Talked with another sales person, not the one I was ta Went to make a down payment on a car this morning, had already set it up with my sales person. Talked with another sales person, not the one I was talking to, he said I would have to wait until my sales person got there. While I was waiting 20 minutes for my salesman, the first gentleman I spoke with called someone he was working with interested in the vehicle and got the down payment over the phone. I am extremely angry with Don Ayres right now I will never buy a vehicle from them. Talk about horrible customer service, and dishonesty. I wish I could give them negative stars, I will drive to Indianapolis and purchase my next Honda. My salesman was polite and very helpful, I cannot say that for the rest of sales team. More
