Again this dealership has damaged my vehicle. I took the car in for a replacement of a part they put that was defective. I get my car back and my steering wheel has damage. At this point this is becoming retaliation for the complaints I filed with corporate. They said it may be from my ring which is not true I have another car I've owned for 5yrs with no sign of damage from my ring. I will be contacting corporate again and I will be filing a police report if they do not fix what they did. People please stay away from this dealership and it's service dept. More

Again I'm here posting a review in regards to this dealership. I took my car is for brake noise they changed my actuators on my exhaust when that was never the issue. Now the actuators they put on is dealership. I took my car is for brake noise they changed my actuators on my exhaust when that was never the issue. Now the actuators they put on is defective and the service manager Jose refuses to replace them saying that I cut my mid mufflers off. I understand I cut them off however I never complained about my old actuators. They just kept changing parts on my car instead of listening to my concern which was the brakes. Now I am stuck with bad actuators that make noise Everytime I press the gas pedal. This place is a xxxxing joke. They will never let me speak with the general manager. I am very very known for my reviews that I post places and I have a lot of people who see what reviews I leave. I will no longer take any vehicle I have to this dealership for any service. They think they are slick but I will be calling corporate to let them know what this dealership is doing to customers and maybe have the police meet me at the dealership that way I will also have this issue on paper work. I'm warming people to stay away from here the stress and pain is not worth it. More
