My name is Chris Curtis, Assistant Service Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in May 2018 I have a vast background working in the automotive industry since 1993. I strive every day to provide the best value in service with a smile and a handshake. Born and raised in Granville, OH I enjoyed being from a small town. I’m a graduate of Granville HS and participated in numerous manufacturer training seminars. My wife Jennifer and I have 5 children, Chase, Gwen, Alex, Abby, and Keegan. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, preferably at a beach. My favorite vacation escape happens to be South Florida. If I were to be a superhero I would have to be Ironman, he has cool toys and gadgets. When relaxing especially at the beach I enjoy kicking back and listening to my favorite tune One by U2. My favorite Toyota is the Camry, it’s sporty yet functional.

I think all advisors offer a great customer service. My advisor these past couple of months, Christopher Curtis, was always professional. He explained the issues my car had and recommendations, one of these was to get new tires, an expensive service. Christopher explained the benefits of buying them at Germain. I did, and two weeks later I had to go back as one of my new tires got punctured by an animal bone! Good thing thad my new tires came with a 2-year road hazard guarantee so I just brought my vehicle to Germain Toyota. They got me a new tire at no cost, I only paid for the installation. I definetly recommend Germain Toyota. More

Sometimes I might have taken a lot of his time to understand what is to be done for that day. But he always listens to what I am asking and professionally he provides the explanation in a very detailed manner. Before what the technicians are going to do, he will come to the waiting room and explain what they found and what should be done in order to keep my car in a good condition. And he will explain to me what the cost will be. Since I have moved from Minnesota in July 2021, I met Chris when I came to the dealer and after that time it is always easy for me to bring my car for service and hand it over to Chris. Christopher Curtis was very helpful doing maintenance on my 2011 Camry. I took the Camry in for routine maintenance and found a few other issues that needed attention.
