I’m extremely disappointed with the service department at this dealership, as their integrity is non-existent. I spoke with Chris (Service manager) March 3rd about the lack of communication I was receiving o this dealership, as their integrity is non-existent. I spoke with Chris (Service manager) March 3rd about the lack of communication I was receiving on updates pertaining to my vehicle service completion. He was apologetic and stated he wanted to change my mind on the customer service I received. Chris specifically promised he would find a rental for me or my vehicle would be completely fixed by the afternoon of March 4th. This did not happen and he didn’t even give a phone call to inform me of his shortcomings. I understand things happen and days get busy however communication should be a priority at a prestigious dealer such as BMW. As a consumer I was patient and understanding as they also received a faulty part which caused an even further delay in vehicle being fixed. I have finally received my vehicle back on March 5th after dropping it off for service on February 18th. After going without a vehicle for almost 2 full weeks, I was then forced to Uber and hitch rides from others during this time of having no vehicle. On March 5th I gave them a call and was then expected to pay a $3179 bill for the services completed. This does not include the surcharge that was implemented due to the method of credit payment. I was told my vehicle needed an intake manifold replacement as well as a fan replacement. Chris continued being disingenuous stating he would do what he could to compensate me for this huge inconvenience. He stated he needed to “ crunch some numbers and work his magic” only for nothing to be done. I am more than willing to pay for any service I receive, people work hard and deserve to be compensated. What I do not appreciate is being lied to and filled with false hope, commitments and empty promises that come to no avail. I was under the impression BMW operated on 5 core values, responsibility, appreciation, transparency, trust and openness. None of these are being displayed or honored at this location. More

I’m extremely disappointed with the service department at this dealership, as their integrity seems highly questionable. A vehicle inspection in August showed no issues with my radiator. However, during a this dealership, as their integrity seems highly questionable. A vehicle inspection in August showed no issues with my radiator. However, during a recent service, the dealership discovered that my radiator and its components were covered under warranty related to radiator blinds. Less than two weeks after their service, my radiator blew up, causing significant damage to various hoses in the process. Despite the clear connection between their service and the failure, Mr. Culp has been giving me the runaround and avoiding accountability. As a new resident in the area with little support, this has caused tremendous hardship for me and my children, who rely on this vehicle for our daily needs. The lack of responsibility and the poor customer service is frustrating. I would strongly caution others to reconsider before trusting this dealership with their vehicle. More

I recently moved to the Hampton Roads and have been glad to connect with Bob Casey BMW to care for my 2016 X1 (and me). Julia Gerrick (Greener) has been great at understanding the way I like to be treated a to connect with Bob Casey BMW to care for my 2016 X1 (and me). Julia Gerrick (Greener) has been great at understanding the way I like to be treated as a customer. All customers are different and she knows that timely and honest communication is key to get my business. My car was due for regular maintenance, in addition to a new battery and brakes. Julia arranged service that fit into my schedule and at a very competitive cost. Finally, kudos to Jeff who is outstanding at intake and "just" a nice guy. To me, Jeff sets the mood and makes me feel welcome the minute I get out of my car. Very much appreciate Julia, Jeff, the Techs and the entire team at Casey. More

We have always enjoyed the professionalism and customer service of A.J,, but highly disappointed in management. I purchased a demo vehicle (as a new vehicle); it had about 4000 mi on it. I went to bring m service of A.J,, but highly disappointed in management. I purchased a demo vehicle (as a new vehicle); it had about 4000 mi on it. I went to bring my car in for servicing this week and was informed none of the service was covered (36000 mi/36 months). Since I have only driven the car about 34000 mi and have owned it for 30 months, I was shocked that purchasing this vehicle as a “new car” wasn’t honored at all. I fully expected better treatment and goodwill and up-front disclosure that is only receive a 36 M0/32000 mi warranty. More

To service my M240i, the dealership picked up my car at my home in Williamsburg and left a loaner car at no charge. My car was ready the next day and the service department accepted a coupon for a $100 dis my home in Williamsburg and left a loaner car at no charge. My car was ready the next day and the service department accepted a coupon for a $100 discount on the service. They also washed and vacuumed the car and then brought it back to my house. That's what I call great service! More
