That's the problem. I've been to the dealership, chatted on your website, emailed numerous individuals there and even filed a complaint with the BBB. None of that prompted anybody to call. I was completely ignored. With that said, Cody called today and apologized and explained the situation. That's all I wanted. Still, the dealership screwed up the deal because they claim I didn't supply the original title for my trade...which I did and signed in the finance office. Anyway, the worst part is that I found a salesperson I liked and am already in the market for another vehicle. Guess where I'm NOT going.

Not true. You offered a deal to maximize you profit and not our issue. We even offered to pay the difference between the payoff on the loan and the sales price on the lemon you sold us but you valued your margin over the customer. You were not sorry, I was literally told we had two options and the second option was jumping off a bridge.
