Our team offered, on several occasions, the opportunity for you to back out of your deal, as well as several other options involving your new vehicle, as well as the vehicles you traded in. Our team even drove to your residence after we discussed these options further to make the process more convenient for you. We believe in transparency and doing everything we can to assist our customers. We do not believe in pressuring any of our customers to make decisions and provided you with several options during your initial visit, and the days that followed.
