Chris and I laid out a plan to add some extra muscle to my car. Chris took the time to call Dinan to make sure what my car needed to have done and more importantly what not to have done. First step was a Dinan Stage 2 which we completed this week. Both Chris and the installing tech drove the car to make sure the power promised delivered. Great Service! Many years ago, at least 4 if not more, Chris helped me with my old 5 I am grateful for Chris Clem's professionalism, consistency and thoroughness. Many years ago, at least 4 if not more, Chris helped me with my old 550 (purchased at Autohaus competition) that no other dealership could resolve. The dealer I purchased it from had treated me disrespectfully. Chris went out of his way to be professional and got my car fixed. He has been my "go to" since then. Of course I purchased my new BMW from Autohaus. Now my 2 year old 550 came up with a tricky troubleshooting issue and with some time and consistency he managed to resolve the issue. I knew he would. I will also add that I'm grateful Autohaus provides BMW loaners as its convenient and I'm in a BMW still! Thank you Chris and Autohaus BMW. More
