Excellent as always I have been working with Chris for years, he defines what service is and should be. The car buying experience is over in a day but the service last f I have been working with Chris for years, he defines what service is and should be. The car buying experience is over in a day but the service last for years and is what separates dealerships. Chris is responsive to my needs and cognizant of my time as I don't want to have to come back if any issues could have been resolved when my vehicle is there. Chris has excellent communication skills when notifying me of what needs to be done and potentially can wait. His follow up is also excellent and he keeps me informed when my car is in for service. Every facet of the service experience is professional, smart, and efficient. Chris is sensitive to my time constraints and always takes care of me in a timely and efficient manner. I was recently involved in a minor, yet potentially serious accident to the undercarriage of my car. While drivable, I still had some fluid leakage plus other damage to the car. I left a message with Chris at night and by 7:30 the next morning he followed up with me, got my car up on the rack that afternoon, ordered my out-of-stock parts, and had me back in my vehicle by noon the next day. That was truly incredible service! More
