It helps that he grew up around BMWs turning him into a certified "car guy". He enjoys watching motosport racing (ALMS, Formula One). Chris also likes to watch the Cardinals, NISA and NCAA basketball as well as PGA Tour Golf. He also plays golf.

I brought my vehicle in for a repair under warranty. The repair appears to have been well performed and the vehicle was kept clean and was courtesy washed after the repair. My only comment would be that The repair appears to have been well performed and the vehicle was kept clean and was courtesy washed after the repair. My only comment would be that it required 2.5 hours to complete and no courtesy vehicle was available. The waiting area is very nice and complimentary snacks and beverages are readily available, but would have preferred not to be stuck there for the morning as they thought it would take about an hour. Service manager is very likeable and sure I am sure he did his best. More

My service experience was excellent for a warranty replacement part. I was given a loaner to drive and was provided status updates throughout the process.
