I had been waiting 7 months for parts for my vehicle . The original service advisors was outstanding, but then she was transferred to new position at which point the service end of situation was non exis The original service advisors was outstanding, but then she was transferred to new position at which point the service end of situation was non existent. I was transferred to another advisor who obviously had no desire to address the issue so I went and got a different advisor who ultimately dropped the ball as well. 7 months I had been waiting to get issue with vehicle resolved so again I took time off work to go speak with someone who turned out be Christopher Caracciolo who took full accountability for situation and ultimately got my vehicle problems resolved.
