Terrible experience. Jeep was in shop 6 week plus past visits for the same things. Also, each time jeep is in shop additional issues are found. My 2024 Wrangler came into the service department due to water leaks from both doors. My service writer and friend, Chris C. took very good care of me when I arrived. Unfortunately the water tech was runnin water leaks from both doors. My service writer and friend, Chris C. took very good care of me when I arrived. Almost 4 hours to get four new tires, an oil change and was told again that the technical issue with my radio going to full speaker volume for my phone calls every night. It’s been notated in Sarasota and Orlando about this problem, I’ve almost had car wrecks because of this if I don’t remember to reset my volume each morning, which I don’t, then I get the loudest phone call you can imagine. The tires that they put on were not washed I would be happy to send a picture of what I received. They were all white from whatever. Dust???? I did call a couple of times and left messages for Chris to call me and he never did I still like him but every time I go there, it’s four hours plus even if it’s just a oil change I made a offer on a Wagoneer, which was not accepted, which is OK, but there was no counter offer made that was reasonable. They wanted me to give my 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee Summit L reserve with 27,000 miles and $60,000 for the Wagoneer. I told them I wanted to give them my jeep +30,000. More
