I was very disappointed in the service center's lack of knowledge on my Ford Explorer's recalls. I waited a very long time, 8-12 months to get my rear backup camera fixed from a recall. It took me calling knowledge on my Ford Explorer's recalls. I waited a very long time, 8-12 months to get my rear backup camera fixed from a recall. It took me calling Ford and Ford talking to the service center for me to get action! But, I will say that once the dealership got the parts needed they did cater to me by picking up and dropping off my car which was nice. Hoping for a better service experience in the future... More
