I ran over some white road paint with my black X2. I was devastated, not knowing how it it could be cleaned. But the detail shop was awesome. I have been bringing my vehicle here for service for over 6 years, and I have received great service at each visit. Scheduling the appointment is easy, honest communication is shared, and they do a thorough job of inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing any issues. I never leave wondering what was done to my vehicle or wondering what are the recommendations for future service. I will continue to bring my BMW here for service, as I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my car. I can depend on Autohaus to deliver exceptional customer service - from a simple oil change, to a complicated oil leak. I know they will take care of the issue with efficiency. More

On Friday my 2021 750i reported a drivetrain malfunction and went into limp mode. I called Chris while on the way to the dealer. When I arrived, he had a loaner ready and promised to get to the bottom of my and went into limp mode. I called Chris while on the way to the dealer. A thorough multipoint inspection was conducted and a problem with a sensor and an injector was found to be faulty. Problem fixed and I’m back on the road. More
