He explains the needed repairs and always addresses my concerns no matter how trivial they may seem to be. The service technicians (most recently I had Robert Rea) are skilled and I love receiving the video of my car detailing its status. The AR associates are friendly and efficient. Lastly, I love the showroom and the service waiting area is excellent (comfort, snacks and size). From start (Faye) to finish (AR staff), whenever I visit Autohaus BMW it has been an enjoyable experience for me. More
