From the moment I place a call to Autohaus BMW until the completion of service I am pleased. Faye sets the stage with a friendly demeanor and demonstrates care and concern for me. In addition, I have alway completion of service I am pleased. Faye sets the stage with a friendly demeanor and demonstrates care and concern for me. In addition, I have always found my service advisor Chris Buie to be top notch - he returns calls and never rushes the time he spends with you. He explains the needed repairs and always addresses my concerns no matter how trivial they may seem to be. The service technicians (most recently I had Robert Rea) are skilled and I love receiving the video of my car detailing its status. The AR associates are friendly and efficient. Lastly, I love the showroom and the service waiting area is excellent (comfort, snacks and size). From start (Faye) to finish (AR staff), whenever I visit Autohaus BMW it has been an enjoyable experience for me. More

Yet another great visit. BMW has done such a great job making this vehicle uber reliable, that only scheduled maintenance brings me in. Chris Buie scheduled me in for last F BMW has done such a great job making this vehicle uber reliable, that only scheduled maintenance brings me in. Chris Buie scheduled me in for last Friday & a loaner. The weather forecast for changed a forecast several inches of snow, so he had me drop off my car on Thursday evening before the weather change. That was genius, because we received about 5 inches of snow on top of what was already there. That made Friday driving horrendous for those who were on the road. Thanks you Chris. Beyond my scheduled maintenance, I asked that he have a back up sensor problem that would sometimes not allow me to back out of the garage. There were no issues found but their troubleshooting produced a comprehensive report explaining possible reasons for the problem. Problem solved…when I park deeper into my garage, the decking covering my floor creates an elevation change that is detected. Thank you Matt Bircher for being so thorough. This year marks the 40th year of my relationship with Autohaus of (now) Maplewood! More

My wife and I have leased double digit BMWS over the last 30 years from Autohaus. The service department, although rarely necessary, except for routine maintenance, Is very good. What an incredible experience! Huge shoutout to Chris Buie and the entire service team. I happily drive an extra 30 minutes to this dealership because the service is unmatched. I w Huge shoutout to Chris Buie and the entire service team. I happily drive an extra 30 minutes to this dealership because the service is unmatched. I was at 35,919 miles, with my BMW’s covered maintenance expiring at 36k. Chris went above and beyond to ensure my 40k maintenance was taken care of under warranty—saving me from having to come back later and, even better, keeping it all covered under BMW’s plan so I didn’t pay out of pocket. They’re always professional, quick, and have a rental car ready when I need one. Truly top-notch service! Love that their service techs send a personalized video of my car each time its serviced. Really nice touch - keep this up. It makes the service experience feel personalized and far less transactional than a typical dealership experience. I will say - communication could be slightly better. Perhaps they consider a text option for scheduling like a calendly or similar? Sometimes its difficult getting a hold of the service tech as they're always in appts with customers, making scheduling a bit challenging as we play phone tag back and forth for days - ha! More
