Our salesman misrepresented the car, and then was either fired or quit before the deal was complete. Alex stepped and did as well as could be expected. When we picked the car up it was not detailed at all. They took it back in but basically just ran it through the car wash.Upon inspection when we got home we found it was worse than we thought. When we called we were told we could bring it back which we did. They redid it, and when my husband pointed out places that were still not good, he was told they didn't have the equipment to do it. They did fill the gas tank up. More

MY experience with Crestmont has always been excellent. My service appointments are always done promptly and everyone is so nice and cordial. I had the opportunity to speak with Justin Brown even though I My service appointments are always done promptly and everyone is so nice and cordial. I had the opportunity to speak with Justin Brown even though I did not have an appointment as I needed some help regarding Hyundai Finance department. Justin did a great job trying to get answers for me and checking for a fax that Hyundai Finance was supposed to be sending for me. I feel Justin went above and beyond and I really appreciated his time and effort. I had dealings also with Kate Reshni and also your sales person Ron Jewett. Both were so helpful and knowledgeable helping me. Manager Chris Boger was very nice to deal with also. I thank you all. You are my 'car family'!! More
