This dealership is a scam. I purchased an Audi Q5 Prestige from this dealer last November. Sales person Mario sneaked in lo jack, Eco-Bond and extended maintenance warrantee to I purchased an Audi Q5 Prestige from this dealer last November. Sales person Mario sneaked in lo jack, Eco-Bond and extended maintenance warrantee to the contract. Finance guy Dean didn’t go over these items with us. We were rushed out because they were closing. Next day we found out the weird charges, revisited them and the real fun began. Manager Chris Blair said he would talk to the management and credit back unreasonable fees. We called a week later. He promised that they are going to credit back my money by end of December 2024. Money didn’t arrive as promised. Then he ghosted us. In January I called their headquarters asked where is Chris Blair. Chris Blair all of sudden came back to life and called me. He said a check of over $4000 will be mailed to me by Jan 19th. Never arrived. Called again, Blair said there would be no checks, fund will be credited to my financing bank and will be there in Feb. called bank in Feb. no re-fund. Called Chris again, he promised would send an email to internal department and said I needed to approve the email. The refund now became 2800. After this email, nothing happened . Sent him 5 follow up emails since and he ghosted again. Right now it is August 2nd 2024 and guess what Chris disappeared no fund received. Right now the 5000 initially promised nor the 4000 later promised nor later 2800 last promised does not matter anymore. I felt so being played and insulted. This is how this dealership conduct their business. Chris Blair is unscrupulous and deplorable. * This is the update after this review. Chris Blair miraculously came back to life again with a simple email saying he just came back from vacation. He must have a good job that pays him so well he could take a vacation from May because he has been blatantly ignoring my emails since May. He then threw a tantrum and decided to totally play death. This place should be closed down immediately. *Update: more nightmare with self claimed GM Emil—this person is nothing like the respond he made to my review. I never received a phone call nor an email regarding the solution to this matter until i was informed my Audicare was cancelled with an amount of far less than what i paid for. I paid 1499 for this Audicare, which i highly suspect that i was overcharged because Chris Blaire once mentioned to me the Audicare is 699. But anyways i was refunded with 700+. I asked Emil the reason behind it and he became very impatient and rude and said it is not humanly possible to get an answer. Later he sent me a screenshot from Audicare services, no explanation, just oneline: “here is the dialogue”. How rude can a person be to your customer!!! I requested him to reinstate my Audicare because he did not inform me or confirmed with me about cancelling the guarantee on my behalf. He said it cannot be reinstated!! And next day, he wrote an email saying this is his final email regarding this matter!! Guys! He messed up my Audicare and basically said thats it! Go away!!! Don’t bother me any more!! Can you believe it??!! long story short, i called Audi America reinstated my Audicare. Raised a case with Audi America regional manager. An investigation is underway. Guys if you have a thing with this dealer i recommend you raise cases with Audi America Have them investigate the unscrupulous business and bulling attitude toward you!! Leased 2 new cars in one day from Farsy. One car on drive home had mechanical issues. Tried to get help from Farsy and sales manger but they did not help at all. I have never written such bad review for a car dealership but I feel like I should. I want everyone who is going to purchase their cars from this dealership aware of these and avoid getting cars from them. but I feel like I should. I want everyone who is going to purchase their cars from this dealership aware of these and avoid getting cars from them. My overall shopping experiences in this Audi Ontario dealership was horrible, disgusting and very dissatisfied. You wont believe how bad the services you will receive from such a big automotive group -Walter’s automotive group (est 1964). Here’s the why: 1. Misrepresentation and Auto Fraud & ”Bait and switch" advertising practices Their sales and finance department do not have good knowledges what they are selling and offering. They lied about the EV incentives and our car lease return in order to trick us to sign the contract. They used the trusts from customers to close their deals. Shawn Nabi was the sales rep who sold us the Audi car and he had stopped responding to our texts, phone call after we found out he lied many things to us when we signed the paper. And the Javier Rodriguez, finance manager, was being pushy and lied about the lease car return when we signed the contract as well. Recommendation: Record every single words from them if you really want to get a car from them. But keep in mind they don’t admit their lies. 2. Unprofessional customer services One of the Sales managers, Brett McKinley tried to step in the case, but he really pissed us off. His attitudes and his words were extremely rude and unprofessional. He said “Yeah, go ahead and feel free to post it on the social media” But Credit to Chris Blair, he is very professional and knows how to calm angry customer. 3. They never follow up We had to make 4- 5 trips(2 hours drive each) and at least 3 -4 time calls to follow up the case. They promised they will give us a call back to talk about their cases. We even gave them extra days but no phone calls from them at all. I don’t see any sincerity at all and I think they should be exposed. It is really Funny that they said they are helping us to make our car lease return easier and convenience but their lies are just making us very inconvenient. With all these events, it proves me that there is no way as a customer to trust this automotive group even they have such long history. And it's pretty clear that they don’t really care about their customers and keep what they're promised. I feel like I got tricked to sign the car contract. ** If you want to be the next one, feel free to purchase the cars from them. More
