Their service department had our car in and promised a certain price on a new transmission. They offered a discounf of $2500 because we serviced our vehicle there. The car was in the shop, already half certain price on a new transmission. They offered a discounf of $2500 because we serviced our vehicle there. The car was in the shop, already half way finished, when they called to say that they were NOT going to honor the discount because we didn't meet the mileage service requirements (we were 10,000 miles off). We bought the car there, have only owned it for 2 years and needed a new transmission, in good faith, they should have honored their promise. We have bought lots of cars from them, but we won't anymore. Their service has really diminished and the customer service is no longer a priority either. So sad. More
