Vehicle was towed in to dealership for a GM factor warranty issue(injector harness). Service was great provided me a rental during repair work. Vehicle went to body shop for another GM factory warrant warranty issue(injector harness). Service was great provided me a rental during repair work. Upon receiving our vehicle back, got in vehicle and parking lights were on and dinging, the whole rear interior of the Tahoe was covered in metal and plastic shavings on the seats and all over the floors. Also dirty foot prints covering the whole back floorboard. Called and addressed issue with Chris in service, he explained that was probably from when the dropped the headliner to correct the rails on the roof. He said he would get with Scotty in body shop and would call me back on Monday about getting my vehicle detailed. Today is Thursday and I still haven’t heard from anyone at Gastorf. More
