Rash was an active listener, transparent, articulate, kind, and professional. A true powerhouse. I am grateful to have had the honor of working with Rash. I honestly would give him one million stars if I could. Now for a little background. I bought my first Nissan from Mt. Holly Nissan 20 years ago in 2004. Fact, I keep my Nissans for 10 years (because they last, I am loyal customer + I love Nissan). Unfortunately when I went to purchase my replacement in 2014, the dealership was under different ownership. Without any details, I was regretfully forced to go to another dealer due to poor management because I was grossly mistreated (I always buy my cars by myself and I happen to be female). Fast forward, heading into 2024...I commenced my research for another car so I went to a few dealers. I am glad I decided to follow my intuition and try Mt. Holly Nissan again. That is when I was fortunate to have Rash greet me at the door. I had limited time but knew what I wanted and he was receptive. Honestly, I am not sure that most people would have his grace. Rash was precise and respectful while being on point with providing the solid facts. No games. I would be remiss if I did not mention that the entire team was a refreshing change in leadership. So for the happy ending...I am thrilled with my new 2024 Pathfinder and will now change my services over to Mt. Holly Nissan once again. Mt. Holly Nissan on September 9, 2023 and Michael Dolin approached me as I walked in the door. Behind Michael sat a gorgeous 2023 Black Nissan Z. Michael asked if he could help me and I emphatically said while pointing at the Z. "I WANT THAT" Michael delivered an exceptional relationship to me and service second to none! He thought of things not even on my mind at the time to assist me with the process and eventual drive away. He kept in contact with me consistently throughout and still does!! Michael walked me thru the car, the electronics, the do's and the don'ts and answered any questions I had honestly and without hesitation. Michael is a Great Representative of Mt. Holly Nissan and I really appreciate his involvement in the purchase of my new vehicle! Thank you Michael!! You are the Best!! We purchased a vehicle from Mt. Holly Nissan in March during the Covid pandemic. A friendly salesman named Jeff Gyarmati greeted us. He approached us without the aggressive pressure tactics you may find during the Covid pandemic. A friendly salesman named Jeff Gyarmati greeted us. He approached us without the aggressive pressure tactics you may find at some other dealerships. He simply answered our questions and brought us keys for a test drive. He left us to spend all the time we wanted evaluating the vehicle. He patiently answered every question without ever making us feel uncomfortable or burdensome. He was knowledgeable & truly wanted us to be happy with our experience. The negotiation was very professional and polite without the typical “dealer games”. Once we purchased the vehicle, we were introduced to the finance manager, Cholly. He was also extremely personable, knowledgeable and transparent with pricing on an extended warranty. Again, zero pressure, just trustworthy and logical advice. I waited a few months to post this review just to make sure I felt the same way about the vehicle and the experience as I did on the date of purchase. I honestly do, 100%. Even after the sale was complete, Jeff reached out to make sure we were happy with his service and the vehicle. Jeff is truly the type of salesperson that you hope for when buying a car.
