I inquired with numerous Dodge dealerships, including Richmond, Va.Beach, Fredericksburg, to Maryland, No one could come close to the deal I receive I inquired with numerous Dodge dealerships, including Richmond, Va.Beach, Fredericksburg, to Maryland, No one could come close to the deal I received from Koon’s Dodge, Tyson. From building and ordering on December 10th, to picking up my Charger Redeye on February 27, everything went very smooth. My salesman, Ash, was very informative, patient, and thorough, through this process. The sales manager, Thomas Higgins wanted to also make sure my buying experience was the best possible. Last, but certainly not least, Marwa in finance helped get me the best interest rate and worked on the figures for me to secure an extended warranty and a maintenance plan that I’m very happy with. Having a 2 1/2 hour drive home Sunday afternoon, not wanting to have possible rock chips on my finder wells before getting my car wrapped, Ash went to the body shop, picked up some auto body tape, and taped my finder wells to protect them. I thought that was going above and beyond what was expected. I would most definitely buy from Koon’s Dodge again when the time arrives that I am looking for another vehicle.
