Still being advertised days later i called again and was told it was in storage. I made an appointment to see it the next day, I called before I left home as it was an hour away and was told it was being cleaned up; When I got there no car to look at. Very annoyed i went home and called a manager. he looked it up and told me it was sold. that car is still in an ad! Very frustrating! I did find one recently newer and with less miles. I will never call Koons again looking for anything!

Got to dealership at 4:30 looked car over and got ready to do paperwork and they where still trying to get me to finance the car .and in already paid for it .. treated me like i was a criminal on a $60,000.00 used vehicle. I was stranded no hotel no transportation and the only way i could take the car is to have my credit run and leave another $20000 down payment! This place should be shut down! THE GENERAL MANAGER
NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Come to find out after filing the paperwork for a refund with a different dealership, because KOONS assistant manager Michaela Pucket never called my son back that they can only give him back 3k and the other 3k is missing or in someone's pocket! VERY SNEAKY dealership!

Continued to call, left multiple messages and contact info for a return call, that fell on deaf ears. They are very responsive when they want money, but not to responsive to ensure the service when a cancelation for a contact is requested.

I liked that we did everything remotely. I only went to the dealer at the very end for them to evaluate my trade in person. Prior to that they gave me an offer site unseen but I wanted a little more so they needed to see it in person. Otherwise the Salesperson was willing to bring me the new vehicle and drive away in my trade. On the day I went to the dealership, told them I only had 1 hour due to work commitments. I was pleasantly surprised that I was in with my trade and out with my new vehicle in under an hour. I never felt rushed though. We had talked numbers on the phone, the new vehicle was clean, filed and prepped to go. We signed everything quickly and I was on my way. I couldn’t have been easier.
