While the sales process was okay, the real problems began afterward. I’ve had ongoing issues with a vehicle I leased from here, and the service department has been completely unhelpful. The car has spent more time in the shop than on the road, and I'm now stuck with a vehicle that feels unsafe to drive.
To make matters worse, the warranty specialist gave me false assurances about getting a loaner—promised one on Thursday, but by Saturday, I was told there was nothing they could do. The lack of accountability and communication has been frustrating and disappointing.
If you're considering doing business here, think twice. The post-sale support is virtually nonexistent, and I wouldn't trust them to stand by their product or their word.

I traded in my truck for a 2021 Ram 1500. There was a Taco Bell cup in the bed, accident damage on the fender, and the interior was dirty. The test drive was fine and it was the right truck and miles that I needed. We couldn’t agree on a price and I asked for my keys back from the trade in and they wouldn’t give them back. I asked for them back several times and they kept stalling. I didn’t see the damage on the fender until right before we signed papers and they finally agreed to fix it. Someone had run into a pole and didn’t fix it. The vehicle also had a recall that wasn’t repaired. We made an agreement for them to drop the truck off after the fender was fixed. The truck showed up with a 1/2 tank of gas and I had to give my tools to the salesman to remove my old license plates. They were supposed to transfer the registration but did not transfer the plates. After a week I noticed the spray in bed liner was peeling and they refused to warranty the work. Also, it’s been almost 30 days and they still haven’t paid off my loan. I’ve emailed Patrick Sullivan, Michaela Puckett, and Alli Ellis with no response. I called Bianca Dinu and Leo Alsalih with no response. Bought the car 10/7 and it’s now 11/1. Nothing has been resolved. Do not go there. Do not give them business. Stay away.

Update-
On 11/08/24 Navy Federal finally recieved the loan payment from Koons and the loan was paid off. I bought the car 10/7. After going back and forth with Celia and Felipe from Koons they said they would pay for the bed to be properly lined. I took it to two LineX places, my own dime, and Koons didnt not overtly say no but stated the amount was too much for them to pay and asked I drop off the truck at the dealer so they could take it somewhere. After work I drove over there and dropped it off and Felipe didnt realize I needed a car to get home. He took care of it but then the next day I had to rush home to get the keys because they had to swap out the rental for another rental. I picked up the truck a few days later and it was sprayed by Rhino Linings. They did an OK job, theres some bed liner running in certain spots but it will do what i want it to do. I picked up the truck, a 1/4 tank lower, and drove home.
A few weeks later I've been contacted twice again by Alli Ellis to provide updated insurance, 2 months later, for some reason. Mind you I provided insurance the night I purchased it, because paperwork at the DMV needs to be processed still? Needless to say out of the 5 cars I've purchased at dealers since 2010 I will NEVER be going to a Koons dealer again.

I would like to resolve some of these issues but I'm not sure what can be done. I was told by the sales clerk that it was a customer spray in bed liner. I was lead to believe it was factory as the listing photos showed it and Leo Alsalih said it was. According to them now it is not factory and is considered a wearable item so that is not being covered. I am looking at an expensive repair to get that fixed. For a pickup truck a bed liner should not be a wearable item. The whole point is to use a shovel and other things in the bed to avoid damaging the paint.
And as of today 11/5, my navy federal loan for my trade is still active. I called them they have not received any documentation from Koons. Its still gaining interest and a payment is due soon.

This dealership let us test drive a new

On top of that, 6 hours of games and being lied to—never should buying a car take that long or be that painful of an experience.
