We went to Heritage in Westminster because of their ample selection of the used model car we were looking for. We had an appointment with Chloe Ford. Chloe was extremely well prepared for our visit. She had already printed the CARFAX and maintenance reports for the 2 cars she knew we preferred to start with AND had pulled them out so they were accessible for a test drive. She was very knowledgeable of the features of the cars and spoke to their pros and cons when asked as we compared them. It made our decision making process much easier. We also appreciated that she was not pushy or pressuring in any way. So, we were very comfortable with our decision when we chose one to buy. I. We are very pleased with our experience at Heritage Honda Westminster. Chloe Ford understood what we were looking for in and was not pushy at all.
