We are very pleased with our experience at Heritage Honda Westminster. Chloe Ford understood what we were looking for in and was not pushy at all. Once we found the vehicle we wanted to purchased, we wanted her to go over the features as quick as possible because it was late at night and we needed to get the kids home. Very deceptive. BAIT AND SWICH! They tell you that they have a car in stock, they set up an appointment, they confirm the appointment several times, but when you ge BAIT AND SWICH! Sales people here are what gives car salesman a bad name. STAY AWAY! you will be wasting your time! More
