Mr Patel, We did not charge you over MSRP on your 2024 Venza. Your down payment is great and lowers your monthly payment and overall amount financed; however, your interest from the bank does not come back to Ed Martin Toyota. To clarify, Ed Martin Toyota is not the lender of your car loan. If you would like to come in and speak with finance to review your loan contract, we would gladly set aside time to explain it to you again.

before we discuss anything only to let you know when I come to the your office is I'm in your Toyota dealership when I respect to all the person who help me to buy car person but all the Toyota people I respect them but Sales parson for know when I told him I'm gonna pay the 20,500 down payment and he straight went to the finance office to the Toyota dealership is right beside the his decks and told them all the coverage add even i told him i don't need out side his decks to his vehicle and give them higher monthly payment because I just have to pay the 26,000 plus tax I know the tax I have to pay and I'm also the way we have to pay tax but the sales person he recognize me as i have money he without tall me add so much and add to all the coverage so we can make more money that way i really don't know why he did to me i still don't know the car after tax price i think customer right has to know the price and sales person and finance person thay don't want to told me the final my car price i this is disappointed and I called the next day for the my car price asking them and also that I asked the finance person and sales person skip the my call and I called you back and he still not calling me back then I emailed and if you thanks
