I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion on Wednesday, December 4th. On Sunday, December 8, I went to unlock the car and it would not unlock. Thinking that it could be the battery in the remote, I tried the other 4th. On Sunday, December 8, I went to unlock the car and it would not unlock. Thinking that it could be the battery in the remote, I tried the other one. Still nothing. I remove the cover off the lock on the driver side and got in the car. Everything was dead. I popped the hood and of course start looking at the battery because that’s what it seems to be. upon inspecting the battery closer I noticed that it was swollen on the end. I removed the battery and sure enough the other end was the same way. There is no way that this happened within four days of me purchasing the car. It was something that was missed and the service department before the car was sold. I reached out to the dealership and spoke to a sales manager, who pretty much blowed it off and said that they were not going to cover it. I sent pictures and videos to not only Neil, but to also the general manager in an email. I have heard nothing. This is absolutely poor customer service after the sale. I sadly will never purchase another car from this dealership nor will I ever recommend this dealership. if anyone ask me about this dealership, I will tell them the exact problem that I had. I suppose had I bought a brand new car ranging from $50-$100,000 or a preowned car that would’ve been $20-$40,000 they would’ve been all over it to replace the battery. I have purchased a car from a different dealership in Florida several years ago. Had an issue the day after and that dealership bent over backwards to make sure that they took care of the issue so that I was taken care of. It’s not the fact that I can’t afford the battery. It’s the fact of this should’ve been taken care of by the dealership. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth for this dealership and sadly, I will not be returning to this dealership to ever purchase another vehicle again, regardless of how bad that I want a vehicle that they may have. As far as the one that was my sales rep, chip, he was good. I have no complaints with him. My complaints is the management. They don’t care about the customer. Well I suppose they care if you bring a fat wallet to the table. Jillian was really good with finance. I have no complaints with her. More

Best experience in have had at a dealership. There was no pressure purchase anything. The only thing the dealership was concerned with was getting me in the car I choose. Chip is the best, verry knowledgeable in cars and was able to answer all the technical questions I had. Would defiantly buy from here again. More

We drove 2 hours (from South Louisiana) to purchase our Rubicon. Mandal simply put, knows how to do things right! We’ve said it before…Mandal is what other dealerships want to be when they grow up! We’ve had our Jeep since September, and have used their service department twice. Once to have running boards installed, and most recently for our first oil change and tire rotation. Andrew in service is one of the nicest advisors we’ve ever dealt with. We were expecting to be there for an hour…they were done in 30 minutes. We barely had time to visit with our sales folks (Who, YES, remember us by name and treat us like family!!). They do things right! Top notch staff…Top notch technology. Outstanding service after the sale.! They “understood the assignment!” We pass countless dealerships between our home and Mandal, but we will drive there every time! More
