On 4/26/2025, I arrived shortly after 12:00PM for an appointment to meet with Sales Consultant, Chinh Le. After an extremely brief introduction, we are immediately in the car and going for a test drive. The first thing I noticed was the vehicle wasn’t even prepared on the outside and inside properly. There was dirt and bird feces on the car. Almost as it was plucked out of the back and brought out as soon as we arrived. Although he had ample time to prepare and I had been in contact with him that morning letting him know I was on the way. When I inquired about the state of the vehicle, he quickly responded, “We clean the cars up when we have a deal”. I thought he was joking, but he was serious. After returning and feeling rushed for time by Mr. Le, we are sat in the lobby to do a credit application. In the wide open. That was the second red flag. Then I looked around to see where Mr. Le was to see him going from desk to desk working with several customers at once. He was juggling all of us at the same time. We didn’t feel appreciated at all. Then Alliona Carroll shows up. She takes us to a dark corner office and started to explain our finance options. I knew my credit was in bad shape, but a 20K car with 2.5K down does not come out to $600 for 72 months. I point this out to her and she almost calls me stupid. I pull up a quick auto calculator and explained that the rate she is quoting is actually illegal if that is the case. She claims “These are just the numbers”. After 2 hours of games and waiting we leave to eat lunch. When we come back Jeremy Calvert sees me waiting long and brings me back to the office. The payment was actually $465 and she was horribly incorrect. She never returns and when we see each other again she acts as if she doesn’t know me. Very unprofessional. We end up doing the deal and I drive the car home. Minus the driver’s side floor mat and sub par “detailing” they did to the car. Here is where a bad experience goes to a life threatening experience. On Monday, the 28th, during rush hour traffic, the vehicle starts throwing codes and losing power. We struggle not to get hit by semi trucks and other motorists. Finally the car makes it to a Shell station. I have attached the screen shots to show you all the errors. I am extremely angry and upset at this point. I call you guys immediately. The tow truck arrives and we have to take a Uber home. I am embarrassed, my wife is embarrassed and now we are without a car. I have to call in to work and my wife as well. On top of all of this, Jeremy calls me to “Close the Deal”, oblivious to what happened that morning. I express my anger and demand to speak with you and the General Manager. It has been 3 days and I have not received an explanation, apology or follow up from anyone. I’ve called several time trying to reach you and they claim I will be contacted. I am extremely saddened by this experience. I never in my wildest dreams would’ve expected this. I am a repeated customer as well. This would’ve been the second vehicle I’ve bought from you guys. This was such a horror story I cannot in good faith recommend Rusty Wallis Honda to anyone. I am not sure if you are aware of how bad it is in your dealership, but it is a racket. Mr. Le is good at what he does. He knows how to burn through people to make a sale, but he is going to get someone killed. He almost killed us. I would to speak with via phone and have sent this via email to Rusty Wallis himself. It has been 2 weeks and no contact. More

Everyone at Rusty Wallis was great! Alliona, Carlos, and Chinh on the sales floor to Edwin who helped with financing. They’re helping correct a minor defect in our purchase, which was a huge selling point. They worked with us and got us a better deal than we imagined! Definitely recommend this dealer. More

Chinh Le, our salesman, was extremely helpful in finding a new vehicle after having a total loss. He was able to pick out our new Odyssey from Arlington and deliver it the same day.
