Worst experience ever selling my car! I bought my Rav 4 from Larry Miller Toyota in 2010 and had all my servicing done there. Great experience with the Service Dept. for 14 years, (shout I bought my Rav 4 from Larry Miller Toyota in 2010 and had all my servicing done there. Great experience with the Service Dept. for 14 years, (shout out to Rork) but when it was time to sell my car, Sales proved to be a trainwreck. I was handed to a sales rep who had never bought a car before and had no idea how the process worked. Zero supervision by anyone and mistake after mistake after mistake was made, all at my expense. It took 2 days to reach a supervisor (no one returns phone calls) and Zak's only reponse was a bored "I'm sorry" and "This was great training for Chi!" Definitely NOT great for me! If I ever buy another Toyota, I'll pick a dealership that actually cares about customer service. Very disappointing end to a long, satisfying relationship. More
