I had a wonderful experience buying my 2025 Subaru Forester Limited Hybrid at Subaru of Fort Myers. Today, Sales Specialist Matt did an excellent job helping me finalize the details and ensuring everything was perfect. Between Chez and Matt, I felt truly taken care of and treated like a VIP customer. The Forester itself is fantastic — it drives beautifully, is very comfortable, and is exactly what I was hoping for. If you’re in the Fort Myers or North Port area and looking for a Subaru, I highly recommend Subaru of Fort Myers. I had a terrific experience at Subaru of Fort Myers. In late January I drove almost two hours from Naples to Fort Myers, Florida, just to have my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek serviced, but thanks to Bill “C In late January I drove almost two hours from Naples to Fort Myers, Florida, just to have my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek serviced, but thanks to Bill “Cowboy” Hess, Sales Advisor, I ended up riding home in a brand-new 2026 Crosstrek Subaru Hybrid—apparently the only one in the color that made my heart beat faster available in the U.S. at the time! Bill absolutely lives up to the nickname “Cowboy.” He’s friendly, straight-shooting, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than pressured. Before I knew it, I had found the perfect car and was excited about the decision. The next stop was finance, where Lucas Monteiro, Finance Leader, made what can sometimes feel like the “paperwork rodeo” incredibly smooth. Lucas handled everything efficiently and professionally and somehow made the entire process pleasant. I'm equally beholden to Michael Findley who familiarized me with the intricacies of the car's electronics. I thank him greatly for his patience and unceasing friendliness. What impressed me just as much was the dealership culture. Every single person I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and courteous. That kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident. It’s about an hour’s drive--on a good day!--for me to get to Subaru of Fort Myers, but after this experience I wouldn’t change a thing. If you’re looking for a dealership where people truly care about the customer experience, this is it. More
