I happened to be in Ohio on business and took a wrong turn one night and ended up at Tom Gill Chevrolet. I had been shopping trucks since June. I have been to all dealerships in Wilmington, Dayton, and C turn one night and ended up at Tom Gill Chevrolet. I had been shopping trucks since June. I have been to all dealerships in Wilmington, Dayton, and Cincinnati except for Tom Gill Chevrolet. So I looked them up on the internet. The finance module on the website was the easiest, most user friendly, and best that I had seen and worked with. This was my very best experience ever buying a car or truck. Fast and professional. No surprises and my expectations were easily met. This is my 7th Chevrolet over the years. Cheyenne made things so easy and fun. She really knows how to get all the paperwork finished quick! She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This dealership is 5 star and I absolutely will travel from North Carolina to trade my wife’s car next year. I was so impressed with the people at all levels at this business. The guys at the head of the road washing dealership cars were super cool, friendly, and accommodating as I drove around in circles deciding which truck I wanted.
