She was able to maintain "real talk" despite our obvious age difference. She exudes respect, maturity, patience, and confidence. I don't usually respond to requests for post transaction evaluations but the services provided by the salesperson assigned to me at your dealership, Chelsie Aragon, were well above and beyond any service p evaluations but the services provided by the salesperson assigned to me at your dealership, Chelsie Aragon, were well above and beyond any service provided at any time prior by any auto dealer and I have bee buying or leasing cars since 1962. Chelsie was not at all aggressive or wrapped up in a sales pitch. Instead, she answered all of my questions about the turning in of the leased car I had and obtaining the new one. I was told all of the finances of the transaction and Javier made it possible for me to go on with the deal. Chelsie was patient and very accommodating to the extent of having me share in the employees lunch as I was involved with her in the lease transaction from 10:30 AM to about 4PM when I drove home in my new car. I can't imagine anyone not being pleased with the kindness and friendliness shown by Chelsie. She is truly a gem and a precious member of your sales staff. This review is strictly in regards to Chelsie Aragon's assistance in buying out my end lease Camry. Chelsie was excellent in her role as a salesperson she was helpful, ethical, honest and most importantly assistance in buying out my end lease Camry. Chelsie was excellent in her role as a salesperson she was helpful, ethical, honest and most importantly if she was at a different dealership I would not hesitate to buy another car from her. if anyone at the Huntington dealership wants to retain a loyal customer in the future they would give Chelsie the dealership to run including the unethical finance Dept that needs cleaning up where you enter the room to sign finalized documents only to see that your being ripped off with fees that when asked what is this large fee the response was we don't work here for free and found myself bargaining the made up fee to a lower number and than the fee became something I had to purchase . Did I have a choice to walk out I should have but for those thinking of using this dealership buyer beware.writing this review seems to be worth paying the unethical mystery fees of buying out your lease. the finance Dept is unethical and the lesson learned here is I am able to write this review to maybe save others from getting ripped off . I would gladly purchase another car from Chelsie if she worked at another dealership she is an asset to Toyota five stars the dealership gets zero stars. Unfortunately the dealerships unethical tactics when signing on the line are the reason I will not be returning . More
