I feel that service was less of a hassle when the dealership was owned by rothrock. No complaints about the actual work done. But I do feel like expensive services that I do not currently need are dealership was owned by rothrock. No complaints about the actual work done. But I do feel like expensive services that I do not currently need are being pushed. Being told that services are required maintenance when my automobiles manual clearly states they are not due for 5,000 more miles.
