I feel that service was less of a hassle when the dealership was owned by rothrock. No complaints about the actual work done. But I do feel like expensive services that I do not currently need are dealership was owned by rothrock. No complaints about the actual work done. Being told that services are required maintenance when my automobiles manual clearly states they are not due for 5,000 more miles. 2 months and still waiting for new transmission (the second transmission under warranty for the same van )… I’m down a van and service has no idea when the new transmission will come in.
