Recently purchased a used Jeep from your Bentonville location. Worked with your Rep/agent, Jayden Woodrow. It took several trips and a few test drives before finally settling on the one I bought. Mr. Woodrow remained patient and took the time to make sure I was able to view an assembly of vehicles that I might be interested in. Narrowed the choices down from the 1000 or so in stock to a workable half dozen and finally the one I chose. I have worked with McLarty Daniel for the purchase of my last vehicle in 2017, when Patrick Greenlee sold me my current Pickup. And when I've needed it, your service dept. has been very helpful. Especially Doug Brewer and Chelley Pense have always been a big help in expediting any work I'm having done at your shop. I rely on them to keep me moving. I have recommended Mr. Woodrow to family members and friends and feel confident they will be in good hands. Have no problem with giving a 5-star rating to Mr. Woodrow, Chelly Pense and Doug Brewer. The customer service that we experienced here was the worst. We had to locate the part ourselves that they needed for our car repair. We were told by their customer service manager Chelley it had been sp worst. We had to locate the part ourselves that they needed for our car repair. We were told by their customer service manager Chelley it had been special ordered but could be May before the vehicle would be ready. This was the first of Feb!!! We ourselves located the needed part in less than 30 minutes at a different dealership. Chelley then asked if we would pay the difference if the part cost them more and to have it shipped to them. At this point we brought Ford Corp Customer Care in to help us since this vehicle was still under the original warranty. After they received the part we were told as well as the Ford Customer Care representative that repair was being made and the vehicle would be ready by such and such date. The day would come and go but the vehicle still wouldn’t be ready. We had to escalate to finally get an answer from the GM Jason that they hadn’t even started the repair. It was 5 weeks of us escalating and Ford Corp escalating to get this repair finished. In my opinion simple basic customer service is needed…follow up, return calls and always tell the customer the truth. Not once did anyone from here apologize for this whole ordeal or their lack of customer service. More
