This Service Center receives a rating of ZERO. Hubler ignored my issue for 4 years and allowed the warranty to expire before notifying me of a fatal issue with my engine that their service depart Hubler ignored my issue for 4 years and allowed the warranty to expire before notifying me of a fatal issue with my engine that their service department discovered in 2022. Despite numerous visits with the same issue, Hubler stated that they could not duplicate the problem so they could not address it. I even sent video of the issue at one point and was ignored. After 4 years, I was notified that the engine needed replaced and, no longer being under warranty, would cost me $19K. After speaking to both the service manager and general manager of Hubler Nissan, I was notified that it was "my word against theirs" and implied that I ignored the advice of their service department and refused to have the problem addressed while under warranty, despite having taken my vehicle to them on numerous occasions for the same issue. Went for an oil change and tire rotation at 67,000 miles. I’m happy it was done correctly in under 1 hour. I’m unhappy because I received an estimate of $1049 for all this work found during safety inspection I’m happy it was done correctly in under 1 hour.
