In a panic, due to an active fuel leak in my Chevy Silverado and it being Saturday, I called Allen Webb Chevrolet (absolute garbage customer service and no help) then I called Ron Tonkin (they were bo Silverado and it being Saturday, I called Allen Webb Chevrolet (absolute garbage customer service and no help) then I called Ron Tonkin (they were booked until Wednesday) and then called Mcloughlin and my guardian angel WAYNE answered the phone ! Not only did he offer me to drop it off same day (no appointment and no openings) he said he’d do everything in his power to have someone look at it! How comforting he was and immediately set my mind at ease and I knew I was in good hands! Not only did they make room to look at it, they ordered the parts and had me back on the road on Monday (also with an oil change and inspection)!! I can’t thank you enough for treating me with dignity, respect and empathy (serious lacking in our world today)! Although this location very far for me, I won’t go anywhere else to service my truck! You have a gained a loyal and forever customer. Thank you so much! More
