Kelsea Phipps did a really good job of keeping me informed about the progress on the repair of my 2018 GMC Yukon. It was an unusual issue, and took over 2 weeks to fix. Wasn't great that it took that long (parts/supply chain issues) but she definitely was very professional in honestly informing me of the status on a regular basis. Even though I have owned GMC's for the past 17 years, and this is a Chevrolet Dealership, I have not taken any of my SUV's anywhere else other than McLoughlin Chevrolet. No need to. These people are that good. More
