I was told that a back light would be ordered but it wasn't. Instead I was asked to prepay for the light before it could be ordered. I also came in for a fix for the recall on the Bolt electric car but wasn't. Instead I was asked to prepay for the light before it could be ordered. When I received the letter to get the fix at the dealership it never mentioned what level the charge should be. So now I've spent close to $500 and did not get anything fixed yet. More

Went to this dealership to get a control board for a heating and cooling system replaced. I had waited about two months for the part to arrive probably because of covid. I called them first and talked to some guy that confused me with someone else. He said he would pass the info on so someone could track down the part. Kelsea called me the next day and got me scheduled to bring in my truck. Kelsea got me signed in and told me about how long I would have to wait and asked if I was staying or going somewhere to wait. I told her I was going to wait there. The truck was completed on time, and I left soon after. Except for the part arriving late, everything else was great. I have been taking my vehicles there for 23 years now. More

It took almost 2 hours to change my oil and that is with a scheduled appointment. They left grease on my floor and trim, didn’t reset the oil change notification and poked a hole in my headliner. Almost everyone in service is kind but when I had called them to ask about resetting the change oil notification, they sent me through to Kayla who hung up on me so I went back to the dealership to have them physically do it and she gave me sass and tried to argue with me that she didn’t hang up on me instead of owning up to it and apologizing. Kayla has terrible customer service skills with her snotty attitude. More

Everyone is always friendly and helpful, but I’ve had my car in there multiple times and the one thing that frustrates me is the little things that are left undone. For example, I just had my car in there f car in there multiple times and the one thing that frustrates me is the little things that are left undone. For example, I just had my car in there for an engine cleaning, and one of my tires has been a bit low. That’s not the reason I took it in, but when I got my car back, they did the service but didn’t even top off my tire. So I got my car back with a low tire pressure warning light on. When you take your car to a dealership you expect complete service. I recognize it was not in there for the tire, but those are the kinds of bare minimum customer services you get for free even when you get an oil change. I want to really like this location because the people are nice, but small inattentions leave me feeling a bit unsatisfied with this dealership. More

When my car reached over 300,000 miles and “bit the dust”, I felt I could trust the folks here to help me find a car that would fit my needs. I was right, I love my car and have the knowledge that if I have a problem, where I can go for help. Truly a great experience. More
