He spent a lot of time getting me aquatinted with the vehicle and answering my questions, and went out of his way to show me how to charge the vehicle. A few days later he checked the car out again when I thought it was making a weird sound. He also checked in after the purchase when he knew I was taking a long trip in the car to see how it went.
